A soothing, sensory focused, pamper experience - in your own home. Designed with SEN families in mind.
My 'why?'
As the mum of a neurodivergent child, I understand how difficult it can be to find time for self-care or to enjoy the experiences you once imagined when you became a parent.
I’m here to help.
Together, you and your family can enjoy a relaxing, sensory-focused pamper session in the comfort and safety of your own home. I understand that every family is different, and I am completely comfortable with noise, unpredictability, and chaos.
I offer a bespoke experience that can be adapted throughout the day to suit your family’s needs, energy, and comfort levels.
Every booking also includes a copy of I’ve Got You! — my heartfelt book created to encourage connection, reassurance, and understanding. You may choose to incorporate it into your pamper experience or enjoy it together at bedtime as you reflect on the day.
I will come prepared to offer:
- Foot spa - provides deep relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety
- Nail painting - a choice of colours to express your individuality
- Hand massage - helps to promote self regulation and assist in calming the sensory system
- Foot scrub/massage - pressure will be adapted according to preference and sensory input
- Hair braiding - I am patient and gentle, communicating throughout to ensure this is a pleasant experience
- Relaxing facial for grown ups
The price of the session is £60
(based on 2 participants and lasting 2 hours. Additional participants are welcome at a cost of £20pp)
Each participant will receive:
- Non alcoholic fizz served in a (plastic) champagne glass
- Popcorn
- Tropic lip balm
Please contact me to book and discuss. If there is anything you would like to include which isn't listed, please ask. I will do my best to accommodate and make the experience the best it can be.
Travel distance - I live in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Prices include travel up to 20 miles from Bromsgrove. Additional miles may incur extra supplementary costs. To be discussed upon booking.
Children's parties - I can adapt the package to suit a group of children as an informal relaxed party.
DBS - I have an enhanced DBS check but parental supervision is required throughout the session.
Products - I only use Tropic products which are free from harmful chemicals, artificial preservatives and synthetic colours. Products are all optional and non-scented alternatives are available.
